In American grade schools, there are separate classes for the retarded kids and Charlie Z was probably one of them..

Charlie Z is not the full rack. for a pro heavy weight to hit a retarded person is just so wrong, imagine if that was a member of your family you would be pretty pissed about it. Charlie makes me smile and that is all it is a bit of a laugh he thinks he is TBE and anyone who sais that is not the full ticket.
