I don't know how true it is but they say here in the Philippines a new prisoner becomes mistress to the prisoners until a newer one comes. They are named 'Reina ng Bilibid' or in western terms 'Queen of Alcatras,' (the third word is just a name of the prison). Ain't it gross!
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
