Whitaker did jack-$#!t in that fight.
He made De La Hoya miss, but he didn't counter after the slips; he just walked away instead. Crap-fight, but you have to give the decision to the guy who was at least throwing some punches.
Agree. Whitaker brought his A defense that night. But he only brought his barely D offense

1 AM in the gym, is a sign of bad time management.

Agreed. So you train at night means you sleep in the day when the other fighter is training.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

One of the greatest fights to ever display the art of the (SWEET SCIENCE) Hopkins defeating Trinindad.

Patient, methodical & held his machismo in check. Barrera took Hamed to school and taught him the art of boxing: A technical, tactical performance. Threw only when needed, balanced, ring general favoring no one shot. I'd call this a Sweet Science fight.

Not many mention this fight. Mosley usually a boxer-puncher puts on a clinic against Collazo. Great skills on display. Shane schooled Collazo so well, I thought maybe Luis was over it. But Collazo went on to win and also gave Berto hell proving IMO that Shane executed the sweet science against him.
