It seems that he suffered from Lou Gehrigs disease and that claimed him in the end. From being abandoned at age 5 to getting back off the canvas to win fights on numerous occasions and then ending up on the streets and dealing with such a devastating disease, It seem life was one big long drawn out fight for the man. This is really fucked up. The man fought with a fire and resiliency you can only hope to face day to day life with. One of the very best and truest fighters in every sense of the word I call a favorite. He deserved far better than going out exactly like he came into this world, alone, in need and painful. Saad is legend, to sit through and experience the Lopez and Johnson is to feel yourself age within the hour, in a great way. Be at peace Champion.
