do pull ups , push ups , situps and you will be ok.
The only thing I would add to the list are....
- Handstand Pushups (propped up against the wall)
- Squat thrusts or burpees
make sure you look up the variations for push ups (there are about 10 major ways of doing them) incorparate all of the widths and grips (over and under arm) in your pull ups and don't just do sit ups to work your core.Originally Posted by B

yeah i use push ups (handles) or between chairs
burpees... i hate em so they must be good

Pull ups narrow grip/wide
Pike situps
Sit up twist
Squat Jumps
Squat Thrusts
