Dunno 'bout any gym, try to get routine! but there's a few things you can do, grocery shopping, park your car far away from the store, so you get to walk over the parking lot, don't choose the nearest one. Eat healthy, keep a good distance from the donut section at the store. And when it comes to exercise i actually find boxing the best thing for losing weight, i got to many bags, so i don't get bored of doin the same things at the bag, Jump rope is amazing, well not compared to sex but that's more enjoyable! you can eat healthy but don't ever say no to a beer if your mates ask, don't be that guy!
