    It certainly is

I shit myself at every internal ache and pain these days. A couple of years back (pre 40) I just worried about wrinkes and less hair.

Think I posted this last year but in the space of a week or so days last June 3 of my friends died in their 40s. 1 brain tumour (40), 1 stomach cancer (my boss of 15 years, aged 49) and 1 cancer spread (41, her third bout of cancer since she was 36 having beaten it twice)

The latter two had young children. It's a fucker and puts everything into perspective.

There's 16 of us actually going to Manchester this weekend to celebrate my former bosses, what would have been, his 50th birthday
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate

a mad sense of humor, what I see and do you have to have or you would go round the twist.
That why I enjoy this forum, talking to you guys shooting the shit, and we have a laugh nothing
