    Some kids act out because they don't want to be there at all, some might be there because the parents don't want them at home

    Take the ones who commit. In youth sports ya cannot help but be a tutor or mentor..and you're not trying to present all stars and win gold. Simply work with the kids who want to be there and show commitment. All the knuckleheads do is take from others. Thin the herd first.
