Supposedly its his last fight with Arum and Top Rank, and Leo Santa Cruz says thats the fight he wants. So hopefully now they can make it happen cause thats the fight we really wanna see, clearly they are the 2 best fighters in the division and there styles should make for an interesting fight. I fully expect Rigo to win convincingly this Saturday night by UD.

I like Rigo. I wonder if he is willing to adjust his style to bring in a little more excitement. The guy can be untouchable but you know if he wins, which he is good at, he will win on points. I find sometimes he spends to long on his horse. I like the guy and would love to see him go main stream. I know he can be boring but he knows how to win .I'd like to see him fight someone who would keep the pressure on him moving forward throughout the fight.

The thing is Rigo can actually punch hard enough. If someones tries to pressure him with any kind of reckless abandon they would likely be getting pole axed, and people who fight him find this out rather quickly I suspect. Just don't get the dislike for the guy myself, he is a beautiful fighter.

I backed Rigo in round 1 for this one at 10/1. Rigo hits really hard and anyone marching forward will walk onto shots. I cant see this last long unless Rigo wants the rounds but he doesnt strike me as that type of guy.

Rigo isn't boring in the least. Mindless clubbing is boring. Technical brilliance is art. You don't judge art on the opinion of those that don't understand its beauty.

I defended (actually applauded) Mayweather when he did what he did, and I defend Rigo here too. Nothing wrong in my book.

Rigo is a fine boxer not everybody's cup of tea, technically brilliant like most Cuban, boxers some
can watch and enjoy others would say boring.
I myself think he is a excellent boxer, just for the purist's the art of hitting without being hit.
