Basically, because of opposing networks and promotions, his only option at 175 is Kovalev, and his logic is that if he goes up and beats Kovalev, which probably wouldn't be a PPV fight, people would then say "well Kovalev is a one dimensional puncher" and he'd be stuck at 175 with no options.

You also have to consider how physically taxing it is jump up and down weight classes, which would involve changing his training regime to strap on muscle, then he's stuck at 175 or has to shed that muscle to get back down to 168, which is extremely taxing on the body (look at what happened to Roy Jones).

This is why forum posters get a bad rep. Nobody bothers to think about things logically from each side or do their research, they just start pounding their chest like monkeys and accusing people of being scared or ducking this guy and that. Give it up.
Or he can do what Floyd does and come in under 175 like when Floyd goes to 154 he weighs in at 150. Ward is just full of excuses when he's career is over he will hardly be remembered.
    Typical hating mexican...
If Ward is full of excuse then what is GG full of

He was supposed to fight ANYBODY from 154 to 168 but soon as Ward answered the call he got quiet.

Rigid promoters are messing up the game... primarily American promoters... I didn't even know Goosen Tutor was still around? Someone should dig up Cedric Kushner too!

I believe that if there is anyone out there willing to make the fights, it's Andre Ward. I don't blame him for wanting top dollar- and at this time, wanting to get out from underneath dodgy promotions and promote himself the way Mayweather does. That way you make more money and call the shots.

Just that Mayweather won't make the fight everyone wants to see- him vs. Manny. But, at least Mayweather has fought everyone else.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

So biased. Complete retard. If one fighter does it hes ducking. If an American does it its fine.

How can GGG be ducking Ward when Ward hasn't even had a fight in nearly a year. You cant duck someone who doesn't fight. We've seen Ward with a mic in he's hand more then we seen him lace up he's gloves. Get a grip man and look at things realistically for once you cunt.
