You know that's factually true but imo he has picked the wrong hill to die on and Goossen has already won part 1. The long and short of it is that he is attempting to use the same kind of arguments that both Oscar and Floyd used in order to buy out their contracts from Arum which was based around the contracts length of time being unreasonable. Trouble is, that was a lifetime ago and scum bag parasitic lawyers have no doubt had that loop hole closed.

He's also got another problem. Evidence. He has gotten everything he's asked for from Goossen including home ice in every fight including the S6 tourney save Froch along with Cali judges and Cali refs. And he's a talent that does not need a stacked deck. Goossen has gotten everything he wants.

Besides at this point what difference does it make? He's composting and wasting away his best earning years on a matter of principle. Only an idiot goes to court as a matter of principle and the principle here is self defeating anyway given his chosen line of work.

The problem for Andre Ward is Andre Ward. There is nobody left at 168 so he sits and waits. He wont go to 175 even though he talked about it as far back as the S6 but of course he beats them all by proxy and instead sits hoping the Kazak moves up even though half the planet calls him a hype job.
He's like a spoiled 12 year old sitting in his front yard staring at his lil red wagon while there is a game going on at the end of the street. The atmosphere is not right for him so he changes the subject to contract issues. Meanwhile his career passes him by. He's a future shoulda/coulda story.
Shoulda/coulda...sounds more like Joe Calzahge than Andre Ward.

He's sitting at the TOP waiting...don't forget that hater.

You dont even know what objective means and life is just to short.

Too short to be worrying about Andre Ward's career.

Save you tears for less fortunate fighters...Andre is on the mountaintop.
If he moved to 175 he'll be on top there before long.

    Who's gonna' stop him?

You need to pipe down Pochahantas.

You Indians don't even have any fighters..Hating on Mayweather won't change it either.

Basically every fighter labelled Mexican is an "Indian", son.

Most just don't know it though because of colonization: These indigenous brown people from present-day Mexico, southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas somehow think that they're European Spanish (white people)?!

Sure, they are part Spanish/Portuguese/Italian, but they're predominantly Native American... like Erik Morales for example. If he came to a pow-wow, my fellow natives would just ask him what First Nation or Tribe he belongs to. And it's easy to picture him in full native regalia.

But stop mayweathering the issue, stop being a lazy @r$e, and put up that scorecard, cyclone, you dirty b!tch !

so you're claiming the MESTIZOS because you Indians can't bust a grape in boxing...

    Now that's funny.

Floyd beat Castillo(one of your Indian brethren LOL) so get over it and at least try to move on.

Barrera called Morales an Indian and they almost came to blows.....Ironic that you would use his pic to support your dead argument....lol

No to short to concern myself with some 16 year old who still see the world in black and white.
To short to be concerned with the dogmatic world you live in where all dialogue or attempts at adult discussion is reduced to childish sayings like "hater" and all criticism is an argument.

So here you go. Stick this in the avatar space and be done with it.

This is not 1968 and your not Tommie Smith so put a cork in it. My criticism of Andre Ward has nothing to do with skin colour So take a pill and grow up. If you cant offer anything up thread after thread but antagonism, dont offer anything at all. All you generate is heat and no light whatsoever.
If you disagree with something then prove it or offer up an alternative view if you are actually capable of doing so.

I didn't accuse you of not likeing Ward because of his skin color.

    You're telling off on yourself.
Maybe that's why you don't like him.

Ya'll act like Ward hasn't fought in 2 years.
