For me as poor as Perez can be , he would take Briggs power , and stop him late.
To all the fans of Briggs , why now ? why wait this long to start shooting your mouth off ?

I've liked Briggs for over a decade. He's a bit like Judah as he was blessed with a lot of talent but is an underachiever.

I have no illusions about his potential at this point hence I came up with this competitive matchup, tho I think he could beat Perez.

Briggs is the most erratic fighter in the HW division for many years. Like you say sometimes hes good sometimes he is awful.
