The Middleweight division has lacked a real super champion with charisma since the days of Hagler, nobody mention Hopkins please, he was a very good ordinary fighter, but awkward to watch. It was uncomfortable watching Hopkins. Not so GGG, this guy is a monster, he talks like Borat and punches like Tyson....high five!
The biggest name in boxing Lol I have seen GGG fight twice at the SMALL room at MSG which only holds about 2,000 people, and in this last fight with Geale he fought in the big room but they had to close the ENTIRE top section because they could not sell enough tickets and it was completely empty. Say what you want about Cotto but he is a WAY bigger draw than GGG, Cotto sells out the big room at MSG everytime.

As far as JCC jr while he is not on anyone's p4p list he is a huge draw in the mexican community and Cotto vs Chavez would be a big money fight. GGG appears to be a special talent but he has to raise his level of opposition before I can truly pass judgement, I mean Macklin and Geale are average at best. So b4 I jump out the window on the GGG express I would like to see him fight some real competition. I've seen alot of fighters look great against average competition but everything changes when they are in there with a real boxer, look at Donaire, Broner, and Chavez jr...all 3 were undefeated and all 3 lost badly when they raised their level of competition and fought real fighters.
Who are the top boxers at 160? For my money right now, it's Cotto and GGG and Kid Chocolate. As boxing fans, don't we always complain about the best fighting the best? Let's see it then.

I think Canelo and Cotto are gonna fight, so GGG and Quillin should fight and the winners should face each other. I would really like to see Ward come down to 160 and throw a monkey wrench in the mix but I don't think that will happen.
GGG could also wipe out Soliman and collect that trinket.

Yea u right and he probably will(if Solomon accepts) since it's there for the taking. But he's really gonna have to raise his level of opposition soon if he truly wants to be respected. And I do believe he will rise to the occasion, but we have seen many fighters with inflated records get exposed when they fight world class opposition.

GGG has wiped out good competition and unifying the title is not a bad thing. Cotto is just too small, I think Quillen would beat Miguel.

That is tough before Cotto wiped out Sergio I would have said Canelo. I still say Saul would beat Cotto. Although if they fought I would support Cotto.
