I think ive only ever picked froch once but this is an easy one for carl I think, bruising twelve round decision or late stoppage
If this fights happen,we will see if Chavez really has an iron chin or not. It will be the first time he gets hit by someone near his size.
This is easy money for Froch in comparison to taking on Ward (who he would lose), Kessler (which would be a bruising encounter) and De Gale (stylistic nightmare).
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
I'm not sure that this is going to be easy for Froch. Carl has proven me wrong in the past though and I really can't pick a winner in this. I don't think it would be easy for either one.
There is no way Chavez is a better boxer. Froch can actually use a jab effectively to set up his shots. Chavez only knows how to come forward and fight. That has been semi successful thus far only because he is usually way bigger than his opponent. No way that Chavez has a better punch or chin than froch. I don't know if there is one thing that Chavez has an advantage in this fight other than a little size. I would be shocked if Chavez won this fight and would even be surprised if it were even close. Froch will more than likely stop him.
This is a fight that I'll go to Vegas for. I favor the Cobra because there isn't anyone at super middleweight right now, other than Ward, that I wouldn't favor him against, but Junior has a shot at out-boxing him.
Even with his dual personalities at times holding him back I think Chavez jr brings a lot of things into this fight that are dangerous for Froch. Like I said above, this one is good because i can't put a finger on a clear cut favorite.
Are people serious? Chavez is not at all a good boxer. He had trouble with Vera who is a bum. Have you all bought into the Chavez joke?
