Most of what Tyson says in the lead up to a fight is to sell the fight. Hes one of the few fighters who can get people talking. You have to take what he says tongue in cheek or with a pinch of salt. I can tell you from first hand experience - losing a pregnancy is a hundred million miles from losing a baby
