Missy...i dont use those chat up lines. I am just saying they work down here in pompey. I was in chicago rock on saturday night and the amount of filthy trollops that rolled in before i left was amazing. They all had interesting faces though.

A better line from him might have been he came and talked to you because he thought you had a friendly face and then worked it from there. Once 'in' he could have worked it around and maybe talked about the colour of your eyes in a subtle way so as not to scare you off but make you feel like you have lovely eyes. Once he had a certain amount of 'buy in' and your immediate guard drops a bit he has a number of avenues to explore as you become more open to conversation.

They actually won this weekend. Concentrating thier forces on the enemy elite guard whilst wheeling the calvalry round to hit them simultanously from the back.

They also kept thier best troops in reserve to shore up the line if neccesary

End result was that the Spartans got spanked and the 'allies' that made up the bulk of thier army just watched them take a shoeing, then got off back to thier respective homelands.

Ok here's the deal, was at some literary event on saturday, chatting to some writer/actor types whilst propping up the bar Bloke introduces himself chat chat chat & says I have an interesting face whatever that means believe it or not I've heard pretty/attractive and the like but never 'interesting' next thing his missus turns up & we continue to chat. I'm about ready to leave & his missus disappears to the ladies and he says it again! no really you do have an interesting face I look intelligent/mysterious or some such guff. I just thought it was an odd thing to say when I mentioned it to a girly friend she reckoned it was hit, I'm not so sure. He was with he luvvies and they tend to say odd stuff, the only thing which made me think about it twice was he only said it when the mrs wasn't there......What say the fellas? hit or a miss
