Aye. Factor in the serious money issues thus doing films he wasn't into, then the usual depression, along with a life changing illness. It's no wonder the bloke was down.
It sounds like a rotten situation that he was in and likely felt there was no way out. It's very tragic and I still think if alimony wasn't such an evil thing, then he would have had money in the bank and less to worry about when tackling his illness. Instead, he had a mountain on him and just couldn't take it. With the resources, ability to stay home, then maybe he could have got through it.
I feel he was hard done by with the demands on him. The mainstream media doesn't talk about the extra issues, only the depression, and Gupta on CNN almost seemed to be using the moment to promote brain chips for depressed people. I cannot say I was taken with the idea.
