Same deal with guys like Chavez Sr, or Hopkins, these are guys who NEVER got badly hurt. Obviously some are lucky to recover well or not lose their senses, I haven't heard much of Michael Moorer or Kevin Kelley but if they sound good, they are two of them If David Tua punched me once I would probably be pronounced dead within minutes.
And if you did survive, you wouldn't be able to pronounce "dead in minutes".

Holmes is a bit of a foot in the mouth type but he very much has all of his facilities working

    Prince Naseem is another

    So is Dove Boy Green

Let's be fair, he never fought anyone that didn't need a stepladder or a WWE move off the top rope to hit him in the head.

Guy that amazed me is Randall Tex Cobb. Every fight he was in he took a beating but when they'd punched themselves out he came back & kicked butt.
He recently passed Suma Cum Laude and earned a college degree in Sports Management so it hasn't affected him

Most blaring example is George Chuvalo. Jake Lamotta was also pretty spry until he got into old, old age.

Both guys took more than their fair share of punches to the head.

Tony DeMarco is 85 and is sharp as a tack. So is Jeff Fenech.

Ray Mancini is very lucid and sharp and runs a successful business.

Ray's career was only 5-6 years really, he was retired by 24. If he fought into his mid 30s with that style I'd say he'd be in rough shape now.
