Back in the late 80s, we were on a job and it was about 110 degrees, summer in the desert. We filled two buckets with water and ice and dumped them on a co-worker. From the 2nd floor. Nearly killed him.

Since I invented this foolishness, I demand a cut.

Cmon, People all exited for getting a bucket of cold water and ice over them, we use to dig a hole into the ice and jump in for fun even tho it was minus 20-25 outside, just put 10 dollars into the ALS donation.

Nothing wrong with a little fun, but some of this is getting fookin ridiculous. A "bucket" fine...but I have fools on Fb filling trash cans with 50lbs of ice, breaking hydrants and parking chairs behinds dumptrucks and fire trucks

We get it, topper. Write a check. I remember growing up in Ca. You were fined and restricted to certain days (if any) as far as washing cars and watering the lawn. I also remember people paying $10 bucks for a block of ice immediately after Katrina.

Yeah some people will think the west is even more insane than they do now. Wars are being fought over water in some countries right now cause they know its worth and here these western modern nuff nuffs are out pouring the stuff down the drain.
