I will do mate, don't worry about that!!
Cheers mate
going off how I did in are sparring session last week it was an embarrassment why I lost to him. I didn't prepare well enough and that's why I lost, there was factors in that but I don't want to be David Haye. But its the kick up the arse I needed and I have gone down a lot of weight since then and I am performing a lot better in training so fingers crossed all goes well for this fight. ill post a video of who im against.

Hes tall and uses his range, but he doesn't like to be pressured. If I stand off and let him get comfortable I will get picked off, I need to not let him get in a rhythm and throw combinations. Singles wont work against this guy, will be my toughest one to date but I am up for it.

I only watched a bit of the first one, I got to go. But on first sight he looses his initial speed fast and then his gloves pump up and down for no good reason as he moves, sort of tells you make him work and then when his habit kicks in, if you throw at his gloves when they are at his cheeks they'll be on the down stroke when yours land on his chin. Time him off his arms move in, catch him coming.

cheers for the advice, it makes sense. I have been sparring a lot with are champion Kev ward who is better and taller than him and as soon as I lay off the gas that's when I get picked off and if I am out of range I am easy pickings. In the videos I have watched of him everybody is head hunting as well, I need to chop down the tree and big ones over the top. I have been working on that a lot, never throwing one jab either, twos are threes to set up the work.

Cheers mate, yeah that's what ive been thinking. I just need to be active and make sure I don't get picked off, will be a tough one but I feel I perform better against better opposition so fingers crossed this will be my best performance to date. Its no doubt my toughest challenge.
