Default They want pac to get a ko sooooo bad.

Algeri is next and then after that garcia at 140.

They need to bring back that fear and get everyone thinking he is that same monster again!

Freddie and co are so desperate for a ko its embarressing.

Pac will get his ko in this fight and watch the hysteria that comes afterward.

Marquez is finished as a fighter and its not fair for a 40 yr to get a poor deal against someone he has just ko in the 4th fight...marquez is out and not an option so they have decided to pick on the 140 camp.

I think any top fighter is always looking for a KO if it's there, but I'm not arguing with what you are saying.

I don't think he'll knock out Garcia because Manny's not going to take the chances against a puncher like that. It'll probably be another reply of Pac/Rios unless Garcia can get that left hook off on him.

Is PAC fighting at 140lb against his next opponent?

Algeri wanted the fight at 147 but pacs team is the A side and insisted on a catchweight of 144 pounds.

    That is kind of Manny.

Pac-Garcia is a good fight (imo). Young, unbeaten, in his prime, sparko power, granite chin, mentally tough, great left hook. I wouldn't be surprised if the older fighter got ironed out.

Algeri - Pacquiao isn't a bad fight considering Pacquiao's recent form. Algeri is in his prime and has a length and reach advantage on Pacquiao and he's coming off his best win. This is a much bigger stage though than the Ruslan fight. Will Algeri wilt in the big lights? Pacquiao should be heavily favored but it's a closer affair than the odds let on. Ruslan hits harder than Manny and Algeri, swollen eye and all, took this punches and stuck to his game plan for the full twelve.

I don't think so but Marquez proved the right punch at the right moment gets rid of Manny.
That's why I have come to believe the old, all out, pedal to the metal Manny is a thing of the past. That was a lesson that is hard to ignore. The new Manny is always going to be a little more controlled, IMO.

Exactly what I was thinking. If you are desperate for a knockout, you do pick the guy that got up from being smashed by Provo and ran circles around him. You do what garcia (haymon) did. You pick some no name, unranked, undersized no hoper that can't punch and you walk through his punches and swing for the fences. As for Garcia facing pac, i dont see it. Garcias carriage has already turned back into a pumpkin over the last few, he fell off and hasnt impressed since matthysse. At least Algiera proved he was durable in the last fight and stylistically, not a cakewalk. If mannys smart, he'll blitz him and try to catch him cold...
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
