I'll say Wlad. He lost and won after the loss and has remained undefeated for over 10 years. More active when his division has more heavier hitters.
wlad would have lost many times if he was made to fight within the rules

he would have won the championship, lost it, won it, etc etc

so in no way can he be talked about in the same level lb4lb as floyd
