I have bitten the bullet and paid £110 for a ticket for mear the nack of the floor seats. Hopefully I can actually see something! Going with my brother. The clincher was the Eubank Jr fight. Ill be seriously pissed off if that doesnt happen.
The way im looking at it is when will you ever have a show in England that has 3 genuine world class heavies (Fury, Chisora and Chambers), an awesome grudge match that will feature, what I think will be the emergence of a massive boxing star in Eubank Jr and also the progression of Hughie Fury. Not a bad bill at all but the Eubank Kr fight is the only reason I bought the tickets.
Firy beat Chisora and it wasnt close.
Eddie Chambers lost back to back fights , the his last 3 opponents have a combined record of - 24 wins - 91 losses -10 draws , only one of which had a winning record and he had 10 wins - 7 losses.
His next opponent is 2 wins - 5 losses in his last 7.
Well I do not think that is world class at all , the only reason you think he is world class , is because fury trains him. He is a good journeyman / fringe contender at best.
The reason. I think Chambers is world class is because he is. If Arreola and stiverne who have lost to worse men than chambers can challenge for a world title so can Chambers.
He moved down to cruiser when he isn't a cruiser and basically malnourished himself to do so. Compare his body then to now. He lost as much muscle as fat to get down there. He's now comfortable and strong in the mid 220lb range. He gave Wlad his most awkward fight until poor training and preparation caught up with him. His fight with Wlad was far more competitive than Hayes none effort. He's treading water until they can find a name who wants to risk their ranking against him.
Being in a training camp with huge men like Hughie and Tyson will help him.
