Its not my style, though I appreciate it. But its a good technique for a short Heavy,who can punch. Not many other weights are successful with it.

Push or twist?Its not my style, though I appreciate it. But its a good technique for a short Heavy,who can punch. Not many other weights are successful with it.

Here is a proof of that watch Tyson's feet both pointed towards 12 o'clock his pushes down than twists.Push down and twist.Push or twist?Its not my style, though I appreciate it. But its a good technique for a short Heavy,who can punch. Not many other weights are successful with it.
Scrap why is it that most gym don't teach to point both feet at 12 o'clock?

Why push down AND twist? Isnt there enough weight on your foot from gravity if youve channeled it all onto one foot?
