Watch Mike Tyson explode on the pads with Kevin Rooney left shovel hook his right heel is flat the complete opposite of what scrap teaches. At least the right heel looks flat anyway it's not flamboyantly elevated.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=K2bEeeveqxY

His heel is lifted, the weight is on the balls of his feet, guess where the biomechanical break is.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

Which makes rational sense more importantly biomechanical sense but why pray tell are these million-dollar trainers not enforcing the fundamental rules of boxing that's my gripe? The biomechanical break should be the front foot correct?

Back knee should be bent more, when he boxed it was.

Can We transfer the weight from the back to the front without putting the chest over the front knee? Say 80% of weight transferred unto the front knee.If I'm correct his punching arm is bent at a 90% right angle. Really appreciate these gems of advice scrap. Probably most of us look at you as being the best trainer in the world for 3 reasons. 1. Posture 2.balance 3. Power. Thanx
