What I did was raise the security level to high ( go to tools on your browser) click internet options and select high for security. . , that will knock out the windshield pop-up, I have had a few time yesterday and today, I thought something bad was happening, I couldn’t get rid of it. LOL just remember to lower it later because other site won't work as the high level of security keeps some features from working
