    Yes it is I'm glad that I found it! Remember Scrap's second principal that the lead foot acts as the break. Look closely again how the back leg moves forwards after the punch. The lead foot stops the body's weight from falling forward.
    Think you're not supposed to do that, if he duck that right punch, and go with a left hook to the body you be out of balance, With those chicken leg that up close you would push him out of the ring with a good lefty.

    It's goes back to his third principle " all or nothing " the best DEFENSE is a resounding blow.

    In many of his posts he states that when throwing a punch put all the mite that you can muster! Fourth principle that he writes about is the power of the toe, 99% of coaches don't allow the fighters to come up on the balls of their feet when throwing an upper cut. That being said the balls of the feet do produce a strong uppercut. Go back an read all his posts you'll be a better and hard puncher if you do.
