Leon was out-muscled during the middle rounds, and looked like
he was going to lose. But those rallies in the last 2-Rounds helped
him salvage a Draw.

You just knew that Leon was going to be good.
Especially, after his October 22, 1977 'battle' with Scott LeDoux, where he held the
Minnesota Brawler to a 10-Round Draw.
Scott was coming off a 'brutal' TKO 8 loss to Duane Bobick 3-Months earlier on {July 28, 1977}
But, in September, Scott had beaten up 'Muhammad Ali' in an Exhibition Bout in Minnesota.
Did Leon Deserve The Draw Against Scott LeDoux ?
Ringside Observers said 'No'.
