    Bull****,

    He's the 1st guy that I'd want with me in a Fox Hole in Vietnam.
    I am sure you would but he would not be there because he objected. Get over it. He was right you were wrong.

    It's easy to have courage, when you have '11' Millionaire Businessman pulling the strings for you.

    The LSG Team ...........

    "Private First Class Clay, reporting to duty Sir" ....... 'salute'

    What strings? He had to give up his title, lost millions and was alienated by his own country.

    He did 'not' give up his Title.

    He was 'stripped' of the Championship.

    Cassius didn't want to 'Play Ball'.

    Ali effectively gave up the title for going to Vietnam. Get over it, most people have.

    Cassius Clay,

    Would have never been in Vietnam, in no Military capacity for the United States,
    unless he was performing in a Circus Act.

    What was he going to do there, become a;
    * Huey Chopper Pilot
    * Field Medic
    * Artillery Scout
    * Special Forces
    * Green Beret
    * Machine Gunner
    * Tank Commander
    * F-15 Jet Fighter Pilot
    * Sniper
    * CIA Operative

    None of the above because he was never going. He would rather go to jail. Why did the government insist he go when plenty avoided the draft?
