Vaca got lucky against Lloyd Honeyghan, and the ragamuffin man got his revenge.

Vaca did get lucky, but Honeyghan from the first Vaca fight onwards had lost that spark. Even in the Vaca rematch he just threw bombs, lacking the cunning and sharpness he had shown against Curry, Bumphus, Hatcher et al.

Honeyghan broke his hand against Hatcher and was never the same fighter again.

I remember it being said at the time that Lloyd was a pot head or started smoking weed a lot.
