He is typical of someone that grew up somewhat poor but then got money

IMO he is an immense azzhole.

& Growing up poor doesn't contribute to that kind of behavior.
But...having an immense desire to annoy people is what contributes to assholeitis.

I wish... my son would ask me to do some ass-out knuckle headed promo-move like that... He's a semi-athletic youngin' with a fulltime jerk mentality who doesnt understand- respect the sport and the money will come...but instead; he's chasing the money and fame and hoping respect will follow- that is truly ass backwards.

I don't think Broner is going to be in boxing, win, lose or draw, over the next 4 to 5 years. He's not a lifer. This is a paycheck for him. And he is doing so... and then he will move on to something else.

He will respect the sport just enough to get about 3 or 4 more multi-million dollar paydays. Trust me.

Garcia and Thurman are more typical of "lifers" ala Hopkins and Roy Jones than Broner is.
