You raise a great point. If my man is ready to throw a left hook, deciding to circle that way might not be a good idea unless I'm planning to duck it. If I just slipped his jab though, or maybe I know I'm out of range, I'm as safe as I'm ever gonna be in the ring.Originally Posted by Andre

If you dont move the feet with the head, you have to go back to where the movement started, to regain balance of your structure.
