Ive been rehabing a premier footballer coming back from a major hip operation. Who hasnt trained for 9 months, but whose recovery has been remarkable. After 3 weeks he started training with the 1st team squad, and was able to train at there level of fitness with no problems.But because of the time factor He came an hour after training to me. problems his work levels dropped even after eating at the club before he arrived. His cardio output dropped alarmingly the first session so we changed his time from 1 o/clock to 6 o/clock after a rest and a refuel not a problem. after the work he gets his Tuna sandwich hes back on track. What M D says is so very true, its about timing
