Father time waits for no man, Hopkins included the tough SOB went the distance with a murderess
puncher, I don't like him but hat's off to him.
Kovalev had age on his side, Hopkins had experience on his, this time round age came out on top
fair play to Hopkins taking the fight, as not many wanted any part of Kovalev.

I agree. Hopkins deserves credit for taking the fight and proving that Kovalev is not invincible. I have never been a great Hopkins fan, for me he has always been a spoiler, probably the best. No disrespect to Kovalev but a division that has a 50 year old champion cannot be in good shape. Bernard fought and won in a much tougher division before moving up into a weaker division. I feel a bit sorry for Kovalev, he could be a great champion, but who is there to give him a serious challenge and give him a chance to prove his ability. Bernard is a phenomally fit person with good attitude but should he carry on? I would like to see him hang up his gloves on a good note rather than being on the undercard.
