I agree. Hopkins deserves credit for taking the fight and proving that Kovalev is not invincible. I have never been a great Hopkins fan, for me he has always been a spoiler, probably the best. No disrespect to Kovalev but a division that has a 50 year old champion cannot be in good shape. Bernard fought and won in a much tougher division before moving up into a weaker division. I feel a bit sorry for Kovalev, he could be a great champion, but who is there to give him a serious challenge and give him a chance to prove his ability. Bernard is a phenomally fit person with good attitude but should he carry on? I would like to see him hang up his gloves on a good note rather than being on the undercard.
