Yea, ummmm...lol yea.

You will lose weight like that, but its a very unhealthy way to go about doing it. Your body needs carbs for energy and also for muscle repair *I believe*. I tell everybody 60% Carbs, 30% Protein, 10% fat (healthy fat mind you). And keep the calories 2,000 or under. Unless you plan on excercising that day, then bring it up to around 2,500...just my 2 pennies dog.
