It is all mind games but Eubanks did say the same when he fought Watson.

Snr is becoming seriously disrespectful to the sport with silly comments like these. Whatever he thinks personally of Saunders, the guy is a bonafide British,European and Commonwealth Champion with a solid and distinguished amateur career. He is a several classes above anyone Eubank Jnr has fought so far and has earned his belts and titles in the ring. Where was Chris Snr's concern for all the other guys his son fought ? Was he not concerned for their safety or is Jnr just going to start trying in this fight ?

I am not so dumb to not realise this but given the dangerous nature of the sport and Eubanks own history, it's in bad taste. The guy tries to ram class down everyone's throat and then behaves like a grouse who has sellotaped some eye feathers from a strutting peacock onto his arse to fake it.

It is in bad taste at the end of the day and maybe Eubank snr should have been a bit more thoughtful of Watson but he never was one to mince his words and I don't actually think parts of his brain are connected to his tounge half the time he speaks

Doubt this will play on Saunders mind too much being a traveller and having pugilism in his blood from birth so it would just be water off a ducks back I'd have thought.

I still say Eubank beats him by KO/TKO and exactly what I said above is the reason I think this.

Saunders is a proud fighting man from a fighting family (his grandad was a fierce some bare knuckle fighter years ago) and a fighting community so once he's dragged into a fight which he will be he's not gonna take a backward step which is where Eubank overpowers him and batters him brutally.

Eubank to me still seems to be physically maturing and getting stronger.... Couple that with his DNA and you have a very strong willed opponent facing you.

I've heard a lot of different stories so far this year that Eubank regularly gets the better of some BIG name fighters in sparring sessions and I think he's ready for the step up in class just like his dad was against Nigel Benn
