Wow christ Must have been a brutal cauliflower ear that had been recently messed up or something, whole thing almost came off clean! Probably easier to do that with the mma gloves to, more slicing and such. They should maybe not let people fight if they have a really bad case or something, just to save image if nothing else. THat's hideous lol.
