I agree with Adam. I used to do things the hard way and sometimes not eat at all and go to the gym or eat maybe 500 cals and it affects your performace and can even cause you to develop bad habits cause you lack energy to do the right things.

I usually take in about 1200 cals but I am trying to make weight if I were at or below my fight weight I would eat a good amunt of cals mixed with good carbs (not bad) protien and vitamins.

I think making weight is almost the hardest part about fighting at a low weight.
