I dont usually listen to announcers but make an exception on Brit cards. I dont like this MC cause he's a bit of a homer but I do like Jim's analysis.
An understated fighter also. One of Britain's best ever.

I find him above average as an analyst and technically savvy in his explanation. He's called the odd bad fight thinking with his heart but he's usually pretty spot on in my experience. I mute Lampley and the HBO crew 99% of the time. Lapdog makes me ill. Lewis seems stoned on the mic, Foreman is watching a different fight and Roy invariably starts talking about himself.
This is really good work for Quigg.

I hate Quigg so I really wish this guy Ohtake would put some fucking meat into his shots.
I mean there's no way that someone who only hits this hard chooses boxing as a career?!
I do some light sparring with the 15 year old kids in the gym before our session starts and some of them seem to hit a crap lot harder than this 33 year old man.

Quigg is winning easy but it is not brilliant from him.

I agree but if a guy like Ohtake had been trained from a young age in the UK or the US he would maybe have been a pretty great fighter.
He has all the natural attributes you'd want in terms of toughness, as he can take a decent belt to the chin and the body from a brutal puncher at the weight.
