    Box Nation stats.

Since Manny's last sparking -- Cotto.

He's fought guys who've gone 278 bouts and only been sparked three times*.

I predicted a Manny inside the distance win before and I'm still going with that.

Not that you should attach any importance to my boxing predictions.

Even if I'm right. Blind squirrel/nut.

*Might have got this wrong. I'm absolutely wasted. Does this sound right?

    A gem from Kellerman:

Algieri is one-dimensional, but he's multi-dimensional within that one dimension.

So how did Algieri get a shot at Manny Pacquiao again?

Its bad enough that Chris was not allowed to weigh over 144 for a 147 title but then.

he slips and its called a kd and Manny frowns from a belt shot and he gets warned.

Algieri can't complain about the reffing of this fight. If that has been in Britain he'd have beeen stopped three times in one round.

    Lol

I dont know if you have fought but when you get a kd called that was not one and then get warned for a low blow that was not there that early in a fight it can really effect you and if you are the long shot going in even more so.

If Rodriguez refs his next fight in China I might start to wonder.

This is the kind of shit mismatch cherry-picking that ruins boxing for me. A part time boxer, part time kickboxer with virtually no world-stage experience and no punching power, fighting a p4p great. People talked shit about Floyd fighting Maidana, but fuck, at least Maidana had years of experience fighting world class opposition and had enough power to threaten an upset knockout.

    Pac/Algieri was cherry-picking a tailor-made opponent at it's most blatant.
