He wasn't there thank god and Saunders has been training hard and he was taking off a bit too much weight.

    Saunders will be retired.

I just watched it and I think Saunders looked pretty confident and relaxed. Eubank contradicted himself a couple of times ("I'm my own man, oh I don't know , you'll have to ask my management team") you can pick out what you want to in these press conferences, but at the end of the day, it's all about Saturday night.
Eubank has a chance, but how can we tell with the dross he's fought so far. for me it's Saunders on points all day long.

Tam you do get excited and bang up new topics when I already mentioned this in an existing topic on the fight...

Anyway. Saunders stupid laugh sounded very nervy. Eubank was cool and had an answer for everything and kept Billy Joe in his place.much like I feel the fight will go.

Saunders is in much better shape than he has ever been and that proves what iv been saying, he's not a true middle weight. Jimmy Tibbs said they had to put weight back on him because he was getting too light. He means he was actually training for once. Doesn't say much for Tibbs as a trainer that its taken Saunders moving to another gym to get fit finally!

Ross I think you have too much invested in Jr. You have to admit this is a huge step up in class for Eubank and so nobody really knows how or if he will cope. I also think you are doing both Tibbs and Saunders a disservice to suggest they don't know what they're doing. BJS does not have to knock Eubank out to win and I think he might shock the Cwispy two with his speed and accuracy.

Lets discuss this one on Sunday morning. Personally its hard to pick , BJS isn't that great , but he has fought the better opposition. We will see if Eubank is as good as he thinks he is , interesting and good matchup.

i thinik saunders could be better than he looks in the way that he will be very hard to beat, hes never gonna look amazing but he will just land more punches

if his chin is good he could go far

Yes if BJS can hold a shot , then he could outbox Eubank , if he is like his dad he will have a great chin but stamina problems.

I saw BJS struggle, or not have an easy a time as he should have with Matthew Hall. Hall was a light middle and had been stopped before and wasnt particularly good but he pushed Saunders and that is down to Saunders lack of strength. Now he has actually got him self in shape, on fight night it will look like a welterweight against a middle weight.

Tibbs has yet to get a win over Eubank and Davies in 5 fights!

I do sense a tiny bit of "Anti-Saunders" in your posts. I'm just wondering why you picked the Matthew Hall fight in isolation rather than choose for instance , the Jarrod Fletcher fight as your example.
And when it comes to Eubank, what example can we use of somebody he's fought that hasn't been a human punchbag? oh yeah, nobody!
Dark lord Al was right , when it comes to this fight , in all honesty, it can only be debated on Sunday Morning, because all we have to go on with Eubank is Supposition.
