Prime Roberto Duran vs prime Leon Spinks

Was Duran so good and Spinks so mediocre that Duran could pull this off, even with the 50 pound weight DISADVANTAGE

I would have though the weight difference would be closer to 60-65 lbs. I would think Duran's prime was in the late 70's at lightweight. Spink's physical prime was when he fought Ali. He must have weight close to 200 lbs. Spink's didn't have great technical skill but he made up for it in Athleticism, strength, heart and speed. With such a weight difference the questions are could Spinks get a solid connect on Duran and could Duran have enough cumulative blows to do some real damage. My guess is Spinks connects and that's the end of it.

Duran fought at super middle and probably been big enough at heavyweight. Spinks just needed to be enticed with some chicks and drugs and Duran would win easy.
