My fitness is improving and I think doing the 16 miles cycling mon-Friday and training for 2 hours is paying off. There's no way I could have done 4 rounds like I did when I had my first loss. But it's gradual progression, I'm going to do my best to not mess it all up over Christmas and done some light running when are gym is closed. I need a break but I want a good head start going into the new year. I'm already booked in to fight February 7th and 28th! So that's not too long away.
I've got 12 days till my next one, so I was straight back in the gym tonight. Everyone was made up though, so that was a good feeling. Think it might be a couple of weeks time but I'll post it as soon as I have it.
