Its hard to type out.
1. Start out standing.
2. Bend over, put your hands on the ground
3. Kick your legs out so you are in a push up positiong.
4. Bring them back up, so you are squatting
5. Jump as high as you can into the air.
6. Repeat until dead.

These are really good for developing fast twitch muscle fibers. Which is important unless you are...a dumb boxer.
