I agree, why not? There are no serious HW's out there, so why not give Tarver a shot? Maybe another couple of fights and he could be in line. It is no reflection on Tarver's ability, but more a picture of just how dire the HW landscape is. A sad, sad division full of pot bellies, limited talented, and failed ambition.
