are you trying to hit a desired weight? or trying to get in shape in general?

If you're serious about losing the weight though, look to losing no more than 2 pounds a week if you're doing it correctly and in a healthy fashion.

And when I say correctly, I mean, CLEAN diet <---- 70% importance, cardio like hell (and boxing as I assume that's why you're here on a boxing forum), proper weight training, (increasing muscle mass increases fat loss, although you'll lose weight @ a much slower weight than if you just cardio 100%, but will overall look better); also start drinking a LOT of water (pissing clear is not a bad thing) and start taking a multi-vitamin.


Why do you have this constraint though? what are you goals?
