"Both you and Rocco have made your mind up" is not served well with a contraction of you are.

"Both you and Rocco have made you are mind up"

I should perhaps have used the plural for mind, but unlike my day job, I am not paid to write here and it's seems that even allocating one mind between you, is me on my part, being somewhat over generous.
