90% of pakistanis actually support the extremists. Or they are just as extreme as the extremists. Daily in Pakistan there are killings and rapiings of women by other pakistanis in the same villages for various absolutely superstitious/religious "reasons". In Pehshawar, in Rawalpindi, in Lahore, in Quetta, they are all killing each other over percieved "slights'. Pakistani Muslims are butchering the Christian and Hindu Pakistanis, as well as the Zoroastrians minorities in Multan and Hyderabad (Pakistan, not India). I just read on Yahoo last week how a whole village attacked and burned to death a husband and wife in Lahore because they are a slightly different version of Muslims, believeing that Dawoodi Bora was a messenger ---this is a mortal sin for Muslims, because Muhammad was the Seal of the Prophets. They are killing Baha 'i in Afghanistan and Iran and parts of Pakistan. Daily revenge rapes against perceived "flirting" and honor killings, burnings, lynchings by Pakistanis to other Pakistanis. This has fuck all to do with Taliban, thoase are just another lot of psychotic fucks, too. Its all fucked up.
