Without question it's a large percentage, I'd even venture to guess that the majority of people watching his fights want him to lose. But those are all still people that Floyd brings to the table. Being a big draw doesn't necessarily mean you're the most popular. Floyd does his Money Mayweather character, he chose to play the villain and in doing so he's gotten people emotionally invested in his fights, either for him or against him. Everybody wants to be the beloved hero, Floyd chose the villain role and it made him very rich.
